To me 666 is just the number of man...I guess you couldn't get more beastlier than that anyway .-)
I certainly don't believe in the Devil or myths like Satan. Good and bad reside in each of us,no matter how much we kid our selves.People love to have scapegoats for their own misdeeds or sins instead of just admitting it was they who chose to do bad themselves.

Of course Crowley considered himself to be 'the beast' 666. I don't believe in the devil either, it's our conscience that says what is right or wrong.
